The year 2003 coincides with the date of creation and start-up of SICOTREM's activity. But above all it is the beginning of a great adventure experienced by a good handful of men and women, with small means of course, but with big ambitions.

Thirteen years already! But having experienced it, it’s a little and a lot at the same time.

A lot, given our achievements in such a short period. From the status of a small “factory” SICOTREM has established itself as an essential operator as evidenced by its position as leader in its market. Efforts to renew its production tools, strengthen its workforce, adapt its logistics, diversify the items produced, increase the number of points of sale, etc. have ended up producing their happy effects.

Not much, because what remains for us to achieve is much more ambitious, noble and motivating. It is about returning the favor to those who trusted us because we cannot now avoid the call of an increasingly pressing, demanding and alert environment. To the constraints of production and the concern to satisfy the customer is added today the imperative need for SICOTREM to establish itself as a civic entity. We have already started this exercise but today we need to give it scale and pace. This ambition, planned for the next five years, is structured around the following themes:

Further diversify our products.

Promote the development of our workforce.

Expand our markets internally and abroad.

Continue our certification processes.

Place the environment at the center of our decisions.

Imagine a rapprochement with Civil Society.

These are briefly the Challenges that we propose to take on. This cannot be done without the involvement of all stakeholders. The support of our Staff for the realization of this noble project is necessary but we need, more than ever, that of our customers to bring it to fruition. This means that this forum is open for you. We therefore invite you for a permanent and, without doubt, fruitful exchange.
