As the result of the negative final determination by the US Department of Commerce in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Vietnam, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) has terminated its phase of this investigation.

On November 14, 2012, the ITC will make its final injury determinations in the remaining CVD investigations of pipe from India, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well as its final determination in the antidumping investigations of pipe from India, Oman, the UAE, and Vietnam.
