US DOC delays decision on AD/CVD cases on standard pipe

On Friday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has postponed the date for its preliminary determinations in the antidumping (AD) investigations of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India, Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Vietnam.

The DOC will make its preliminary determinations by May 23, 2012.  The original date for the preliminary determinations was April 3.

The DOC previously extended the date for its preliminary determinations in the companion countervailing duty investigations to March 26.
