The final subsidy margins are 285.95 percent for Zenith Birla (India) Ltd.; 285.95 percent for Lloyds Metals and Engineers Ltd.; and 285.95 percent for all other Indian producers/exporters.

The DOC's final determination in the antidumping (AD) investigation of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India is anticipated soon. The DOC's final determinations in the AD and CVD investigations of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Vietnam are also anticipated in the near term.

The US International Trade Commission is scheduled to make its final injury determination in these cases on November 14, 2012.
