Strike decision at Erdemir

Turkish Metal Workers Union has announced a decision to strike at Erdemir with 5,410 workers of company's total workforce of 7,370, taken after no deal was reached in joint negotiations between the company and the union, would have resulted in 5,410 workers going on strike out of Erdemir's total workforce of 7,370.

Erdemir has said in a statement that while the legal process of 60 days and negotiations between two parties continue.
