World Trade Organization (WTO) has announced that Morocco has filed an appeal against Turkey, on November 20, regarding the WTO panel report on the antidumping duties on hot rolled steel imports from Turkey by the Moroccan government.

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the WTO panel ruled on October 31 in favor of the Turkish steelmakers Colakoglu and Erdemir, concluding that the Moroccan government violated international trade rules when enacting antidumping duties on imports of hot rolled steel from Turkey.
