CIS origin 3SP-5SP billets are currently being offered for export at around $660-670/mt FOB Black Sea for late March/early April shipments.
Turkish and Italian buyers are not eager to accept the price range in question. However, it is heard that some sales have been concluded to the Middle East recently. Although some activity has been observed in the Persian Gulf, the Far East and Southeast Asian markets seem to be the most active markets for the time being.
