US DOC intends to rescind AD review on SS bar from India

In response to requests from interested parties, on April 5, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel bar imported from India for the period February 1, 2005, through January 31, 2006. The DOC preliminarily determined to rescind this review with respect to Viraj Alloys, Ltd., Viraj Forgings, Ltd., Viraj Impoexpo, Ltd., Viraj Smelting, Viraj Profiles, and VSL Wires, Ltd., after concluding that there were no entries of merchandise subject to the order during the period of review.
