Russia may initiate AD investigation into imports of stainless CRC and HRC

Russia may initiate an antidumping investigation into imports of cold rolled and hot rolled coils of austenitic and ferrite stainless steel grades originating from the European Union, Brazil, Republic of South Africa, South Korea, Japan, India, China and Taiwan.

According to the Russian Special Steel and Alloys Consumers and Suppliers Association (Spetsstal), the import ratio in the total volume of stainless steel flats consumption in Russia amounts to more than 70 percent of the market capacity of 170,000-180,000 metric tons per year.
