Tata Steel becomes core supplier to France’s PSA Peugeot Citroën

India-based steelmaker Tata Steel has announced that it has become one of the core suppliers to the French car manufacturer PSA Peugeot Citroën.

Tata Steel stated that it has joined the group of companies supplying material to the French car manufacturer, adding that it qualified for this status thanks to having the best product lines, being internationally established, and achieving excellence in industrial performance.

PSA Peugeot Citroën is aiming to improve the environmental credentials of its car range with lightweight steels that contribute to reduced CO2 emissions.
