South Korea’s new car registrations up 21.5 percent in July

South Korea's new car registrations rose 1.8 percent month on month and 21.5 percent year on year to 10,768 units in July this year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA). In the first seven months of 2012, South Korean new car registrations rose by 20.6 percent to 73,007 units compared to the same quarter of 2011.
