South Korea’s new car registrations up 14 percent in Q1

South Korea's new car registrations rose 15.8 percent month on month and 3.5 percent year on year to 10,648 units in March this year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA). In the first quarter of 2012, South Korean new car registrations rose by 13.9 percent to 29,285 units compared to the first quarter of 2011.
