Qianan Zhayi Steel Group increases crude steel output in H1

According to its output results for the first half of 2010, Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Qianan Zhayi Steel Group produced 982,300 mt of pig iron, up 4.67 percent, 937,800 mt of crude steel, up 7.13 percent, and 930,600 mt of finished steel products, up 6.62 percent - all compared with the same period of 2009.

During the first six months of the current year, Qianan Zhayi Steel Group's highest daily outputs for pig iron and crude steel were 6,467.98 mt and 6,230.45 mt respectively.
