GCC starts AD duty probe on seamless pipe imports from China

The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has announced that the GCC Standing Committee for Harmful Practices in International Trade has decided to initiate an antidumping (AD) duty investigation regarding imports of seamless pipe from China.

The products under investigation are seamless pipes with an external diameter not exceeding 16 inches (406.4 mm) used for oil and gas exploration.

The products in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.19 and 7304.29.
