The US Department of Commerce (DOC) set preliminary anti-dumping duties on imports of high-pressure steel cylinders from China. The duties range from 5 to 26 percent. Texas-based Norris Cylinder Company, the only US domestic producer of the cylinders, filed the petition early this year.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, the DOC set preliminary countervailing duty (CVD) rates at 22.34 percent in mid-October.
