China's Inner Mongolia-based Baotou Steel Corporation has stated that it is focusing on improving synergy between the different areas of activity of the corporation and on boosting enterprise development.
Baotou Steel has assets in the steel, tombarthite, mining and non-steel sectors, with the steel sector being its main area activity.
For the development of the tombarthite sector, Baotou Steel will focus on research into tombarthite applications and on strengthening its control of tombarthite resources, further enhancing the company's market share.
Regarding the mining sector, the corporation aims to expanding its presence in the export markets, while ensuring its position in the domestic market remains strong.
On the non-steel side, the company will continue to provide high quality services and to pursue further development.
