Sentiment among CIS seamless pipe exporters market has been depressed by soft demand from foreign buyers. In general, export quotations of seamless pipes from Russian and Ukrainian producers have remained unchanged at the levels of one month ago, though offers of Ukrainian pipes to the European market have declined by around $15/mt over the same period. Market players believe that export offers of seamless pipes from Russia and Ukraine may decline in the coming period amid buyers' reluctance to conclude purchases and the weak global trend.
Export prices from Ukrainian producers for 2"-6" seamless pipes of grade B made to ASTM A106 are quoted at around $790-820/mt FOB for the Middle Eastern market, while pipes as per EN are offered at about $730-765/mt FCA for the European market.
ChTPZ Group's export quotations for hot-formed pipes with diameter of 48.3-114.3 mm made to GOST 8731/8732 from 10, 20 steel grades or as per ASTM A106 are at $750-770/mt FOB.
Seamless pipes with 89-219 mm diameter of steel grade 10, 20 as per GOST from TMK Group are quoted in the range of $800-820/mt FOB.
