SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Turkish producers have concluded A3 scrap bookings from Russia’s Black Sea region at $380-383/mt CFR this week. It is observed that Russian scrap suppliers have increased their offers to $383-387/mt CFR, while strong scrap demand from Turkish producers and a significant shortage in scrap supply in Turkey are indicated as the main factors behind the increase.
