Kuwaiti rebar demand to slow down further

In this week's Kuwaiti domestic market, rebar prices are standing at KWD 210/mt ($751/mt) ex-works, while rebar demand in the country is fairly sluggish. Due to the approach of summer and Ramadan which starts this year in mid-July, demand may slow down further in the coming period.

After the latest rebar transaction from Turkey to Kuwait two weeks ago, no new import offer or deal has been heard since amid poor demand.
