Russian HRC offers to Turkey - week 25

SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that this week Russian July production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the Turkish domestic market are standing at $595/mt CFR. Last week, ex-Russia HRC offers were at $615/mt CFR, though there was room for negotiations on prices.
