HRC offers to Israel from Russia
It is heard from market sources that Russian steelmaker Severstal's hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the Israeli steel market for its September production were standing at the base price level of $647/mt CFR Ashdod; however, coming towards the end of the week Severstal has withdrawn its offers from the Israeli market due to inadequate demand.
