HRC offers from CIS to Turkey

According to market sources, ex-Ukraine offers to Turkey for hot rolled coil (HRC) are at price levels of $450-455/mt CFR, for shipments in February.

On the other hand, HRC offers from Russia to Turkey are currently in the range of $480-485/mt CFR, also for shipments in February.
