Hot rolled coil and sheet prices in Portugal

SteelOrbis has learned that 3-8 mm hot rolled sheet (HRS) prices in the local Portuguese market have increased by €20/mt ($26/mt) compared to last week and are currently standing at €600-610/mt ($780-793/mt) ex-warehouse.
 
SteelOrbis has further learned that hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from Italy to the Portuguese market have indicated price increases compared to last month, of approximately €60-65/mt ($78-85/mt), and are now standing at €540-545/mt ($702-709/mt) CFR, for March shipments. The Italian HRC offers to the Portuguese market are considered to be on the high side by local market players.
