Ex-Russia HRC offers to Turkey - week 2
SteelOrbis has been informed that hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from a Russian mill to Turkey are standing at $580-590/mt CFR, while another Russian producer is offering HRC to Turkey at the price level of $600-610/mt CFR, both for February output.
