According to market sources, hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from a Ukrainian producer to Turkey and Europe can be found at the price levels of $450-455/mt CFR and at $450-460/mt DAP, respectively - both for end of February and March shipments.
Meanwhile, the same Ukrainian producer's cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey are heard to be at $530-535/mt CFR, also for end of February and March shipments.
