Xuanhua Steel wins tender to supply 79,000 mt of angles to SGCC

Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group has announced that its its Zhangjiakou, Hebei-based subsidiary Xuanhua Steel has won a tender to supply 79,000 mt of angles for construction of transmission towers from State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC). The specifications of the angles to be supplied to SGCC are 12.5 mm x 12.5 mm and 20 mm x 20 mm. Beijing-headquartered SGCC is the world's largest state-owned electric utilities company.
