Chinese steelmaker Wuhan Iron and Steel (WISCO) has announced that it has produced the first coil at the 2,030 mm cold rolling mill at its Fangchenggang steel base located in Guangxi Province.
The 2,030 mm cold rolling mill is the first production line to be commissioned at the Fangchenggang steel base. It has an annual production capacity of 2.1 million mt to supply high-end sheet products for the automotive and white goods industries.
