US ITC schedule of AD and CVD investigations of drill pipe and drill collars from China

The ITC will hold its public hearing on January 5, 2011.  Prehearing briefs will be due by December 15, 2010, and posthearing briefs will be due by January 12, 2011.

It is expected that the ITC will make its final determination on or about February 7, 2011.

The US Department of Commerce is scheduled to make its final dumping and subsidy determinations by December 31, 2010.
