The US International Trade Commission (ITC) released a notice that it instituted five-year reviews (sunset reviews) concerning the antidumping duty orders on
stainless steel bar imported from
Brazil,
India,
Japan and
Spain. The ITC will use the sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industry. Interested parties are requested to submit their responses to the ITC by April 20, 2006.
