The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (standard pipe) from Mexico

The review covered five companies - PYTCO, S.A. de C.V. (PYTCO); Conduit S.A. de C.V. (Conduit); Mueller Comercial de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mueller); Lamina y Placa Comercial, S.A. de C.V. (Lamina); and Tuberia Nacional, S.A. de C.V. (Tuberia Nacional) - during the period from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011.

The DOC determined that three of these companies -Mueller, Lamina, and Tuberia Nacional - did not make any shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the period of review and that the remaining two companies - PYTCO and Conduit - made no reviewable sales during the period.  Accordingly, the DOC did not calculate new dumping margins for any of these companies.

Therefore, the current dumping duty deposit rates for these companies will remain unchanged.  The deposit rates are 19.81 percent for Mueller; 2.92 percent for Lamina and Tuberia Nacional (Lamina is the successor-in-interest to Tuberia Nacional); and the "All Others" rate of 36.62 percent for PYTCO and Conduit.
