On February 23, 1993, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from South Korea. Upon the request of Sungkwang Bend Company Ltd (SKBC), a South Korean producer/exporter of subject merchandise, the DOC, on March 23, 2005, initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from SKBC. The review covered the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005. The DOC preliminarily determined that during the period of review, sales of subject merchandise from South Korea had not been made below normal value (NV) for SKBC. Preliminary dumping margin for SKBC was determined as 0.17 percent. Upon receiving no comment on the preliminary results, the DOC decided not to make any changes in the preliminary results. Therefore, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted average dumping margin for the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005, is as follows:
Producer Margin Sungkwang Bend Company Ltd...................0.17 percent
