The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods, except drill pipes, from South Korea. The DOC, in response to requests by domestic parties, initiated on September 22, 2004, an antidumping administrative review on oil country tubular goods (OCTG), except drill pipes, imported from South Korea. The review covered two manufacturers/exporters: Husteel Co. Ltd and SeAH Steel Corporation. The period of review was August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that both Husteel and SeAH made sales below normal value. Accordingly, preliminary dumping margins for Husteel and SeAH were determined as 12.30 percent and 3.91 percent, respectively. Based on the comments received, the DOC decided to make changes to the preliminary results. Accordingly, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004 are as follows:

Producer Margin

SeAH Steel Corporation...................6.84 percent
Husteel Co, Ltd.........................12.30 percent
