Tianyuan Mining plans to acquire Daling iron ore mine in Guangdong

Shandong Province-based Chinese mining company Tianyuan Mining Co. has announced its plan to acquire Daling iron ore mine located in Guangdong Province, China.
 
Tianyuan Mining has previously maintained a long-term partnership with Daling mine. The company is aiming to strengthen its iron ore production capacity through mergers and acquisitions.
