Wah Nam International makes offer for outstanding Brockman shares

Chinese investment company Wah Nam International Holdings has announced that it has made an offer for the outstanding 44.67 percent of shares in Australian iron ore mining company Brockman Resources.
 
In June this year, Wah Nam International had completed the acquisition of a 55.33 percent stake in Brockman Resources.
 
Wah Nam is now offering A$1.5 and 18 Wah Nam shares per outstanding share of Brockman. Accordingly, Wah Nam would pay A$104 million and distribute a total of 1.253 billion of its shares to Brockman.
