Tianjin city-based Chinese metallurgical enterprise Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgy Group Co. has announced that it achieved record production and sales volumes of elevator guide rail steel in 2011.
Accordingly, in the given year Tiantie Metallurgy Group produced 38,000 mt of elevator guide rail steel, three times the output recorded in 2010, while its sales of the product reached 31,000 mt, 2.4 times the 2010 sales volume. The sales revenues earned from the product in question in 2011 reached RMB 152 million ($24 million).
