Swedish crude steel output up 1.5 percent in January-June

In June of the current year, Swedish crude steel production amounted to 268,300 metric tons, decreasing by 35.1 percent year on year and down by 41.4 percent as compared to May, according to the latest data released by the Swedish Steel Producers' Association (Jernkontoret).

Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, Swedish crude steel output increased to almost 2.47 million mt, up 1.5 percent year on year.
