Shuigang Hongfa Mining builds iron ore pelletizing plant

Chinese plantmaker China 19th Metallurgical Co, a subsidiary of state-owned China Metallurgical Group Corp., has announced that on March 14 it signed an agreement with Panzhihua, Sichuan Province-based Chinese mining company Shuigang Hongfa Mining Co. for supply and installation of equipment for a new iron ore pelletizing plant.

The project in question, with a designed annual output capacity of 1.2 million mt of iron ore pellets, is located at the town of Hongge near the city of Panzhihua in Sichuan. China 19th Metallurgical Co. will be responsible for the installation of equipment including a chain grate machine, a rotary kiln, circular cooler and pelletizer.
