Romania to sell CSR Resita

According to latest industry reports, Romania's privatisation agency Apaps is going to sell a majority stake of CSR Resita. A tender will be held next month by Apaps. Noble Ventures received 94.49% stakes of CSR in 2001. However, the sell off contract has been cancelled as the Noble Ventures failed to fulfill the terms and conditions of the deal.
