Sichuan Province-based Chinese steel producer Pangang Group has announced that Q450NQR1 weathering steel plate and coil trial-produced by its subsidiary Pangang Xichang Steel & Vanadium has been approved by the
China Railway Products Certification Center. The approval paves the way for large-scale weathering steel production by Pangang Xichang Steel & Vanadium, in particular for wide weathering steel specifications.
