New stainless steel processing project breaks ground in Sichuan Province

On July 20, Jinguang Stainless Steel Industrial Park broke ground in Guanghan Economic Development Zone in Sichuan Province, China.
The new industrial park is expected to have an annual processing capacity of 400,000 mt of stainless steel. It contains processing, distribution, stocking, logistics, trade, office and living areas. After it is put into production, the annual sales income is expected to reach RMB 20 billion ($3.1 billion).
The total investment of the project is RMB 2.447 billion ($378 million) as planned.
