Negotiations to start with TMK for CSR

According to latest industry reports, Romania's privatization agency Apaps has started negotiations with Russian pipe maker TMK regarding the sale of Combinatul Siderurgic Resita (CSR). TMK has submitted the only offer for acquisition of CSR. TMK which has acquired Romanian steel pipe producer Artrom two years ago, aims to accumulate all its acquisitions in the Balkan country.
