Metalloinvest, a leading global iron ore and hot briquetted iron (HBI) producer based in Russia, has announced that it has completed a major project within the scope of its investment program with the launch of a mobile crushing and sorting plant at Lebedinsky GOK, which is part of Metalloinvest. The mobile plant was produced by Finnish company Metso Minerals.

Industrial tests for the production of crushed slag from a range of materials have been completed, and the crushing and sorting plant's products meet all of the necessary quality requirements.

One of the complex's competitive advantages is its mobility. The equipment is connected to conveyor belts and is mounted on a base comprising several automobile chassis.
