Smart Holding, which is responsible for the strategic management of Ukrainian steelmaker Makeevsk Metallurgical Plant (Makeevsk), has granted sole distribution rights for the steel products manufactured by Makeevsk to Leman-Ukraine - a 100 percent owned subsidiary of Metinvest Holding.
Accordingly, as of July 2007, the largest Ukrainian metal trader Leman-Ukraine is the only distributor of Makeevsk's steel products.
