The US International Trade Commission (US ITC) has lately announced that it will conduct full five-year sunset reviews concerning the antidumping (AD) order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

The commission will conduct full reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.

The US ITC said that interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the necessary information to the institution; to be assured of consideration, the deadline for responses is October 1, 2010. Comments on the adequacy of responses may be filed with the US ITC by November 15, 2010.
