ITC to conduct reviews for SS flanges from two countries

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted yesterday in favor of conducting expedited reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on imports of certain forged stainless steel flanges from India, and Taiwan. The ITC will use the reviews to determine whether the revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the ITC’s decision. Generally, 95 days after the initiation of the review the ITC determines whether the responses indicate adequate interest in a full review. If the responses are adequate, the ITC will conduct a full review, which includes public hearings and questionnaires.
