ITC announces negative preliminary determination in AD/CVD investigations of Chinese and Taiwanese steel fasteners

On Friday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) made a negative preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of standard steel fasteners from China.

The ITC also on Friday made a negative preliminary determination in the AD investigation of standard steel fasteners from Taiwan.

These determinations will result in the termination of the investigations for both cases.
