India's Directorate General for Antidumping and Allied Duties (DGAD) has proposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of seamless tubes, pipes, hollow profiles of iron, alloy and non-alloy other than cast iron and stainless steel from China with external diameter not exceeding 355.6 mm or 14 inches.

The DGAD has determined that the definitive dumping margins range between $961.33/mt and $ 1,610.67/mt. The proposed dumping margins will now have to be approved by the Indian Ministry of Commerce.

India's Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) imposed preliminary antidumping duty for the abovementioned imports in May 2016.
