Home sales in Turkey increase in fourth quarter

In the fourth quarter of 2011, home sales in Turkey increased by 16.8 percent as compared to the previous quarter and were up 21.8 percent year on year, according to the data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

In the third quarter of 2011, home sales had surged 5.1 percent as compared to the previous quarter and were up 21.5 percent compared to the third quarter of 2010.
