Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Co. (Hebei Steel) has announced that it has recorded an operating revenue of RMB 59.112 billion ($8.72 billion) for the January-September period of the current year, down 3.4 percent year on year, with a net profit of RMB 933 million ($137.65 million), rising by 83.9 percent year on year.
