Final results of AD review on welded carbon steel pipe from Turkey

The Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced final results of antidumping administrative review of certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube imported from Turkish producer Borusan. On April 6, 2004, the DOC published the preliminary results of the antidumping administrative review of welded carbon steel pipe imported from Turkish producer Borusan. The period of review (POR) was May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003. As SteelOrbis previously reported, DOC had determined that the duty margin for Borusan was 1.78% and invited all interested parties to comment on those results. The specific products covered by this review include circular welded non-alloy steel pipes and tubes, not more than 406.4mm in outside diameter. Based on DOC's analysis of the comments received, the final results differ from the preliminary results announced in April. As a final result of the review, the DOC determines that the following weighted margin exists for the period May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003:

Manufacturer/Exporter Margin

Borusan .................... 1.48%
